Items purchased that are designated with the Amazon Prime badge, will ship free of charge directly from Amazon to you as long as you purchase using your Amazon Prime Account login at checkout.

For orders placed while signed in to your account, sign in and visit your Order History to get tracking.
We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact us at cs@garvinlane.com for any additional information.
Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
UPS does not ship on weekends.
UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

Login via your Prime Account and Password and Prime eligible items will be shipped out from Amazon.
Customer service will be provided by Amazon for orders shipped via Amazon Prime
To track your packages with Amazon Prime delivery, follow the instructions provided on your order confirmation email. You can also visit your Amazon Prime account to view and track your order.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
You cannot return or exchange items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, or marked as final sale.
A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for return processing after we receive your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
All items should be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
